			     	Important Note:
The Hennepin County Property Tax Web Site database uses an abbreviated ADDITION NAME. This may be different than the actual legal Addition Name that you have. The following are some examples of abbreviated Addition Names:
					Goodwin Addition is Goodwin Addn
					Auditor's Subdivision No. 067 is Auditor's Subd. No. 067

Unless you are exactly sure how the Addition name is formatted in the Hennepin County web site database, it is usually most effective to only enter a few characters (at least 3) of the Addition name. If your search using only the first 3 characters of the Addition Name results in a number of properties, try searching again adding a few more characters to Addition name.
